Not Getting The Shaper's Token Daily Quest

Hi there,

I hope this is the right place. 3/5 of my characters are not getting the quest every day, or at all. This has been going on since before the 3.7 patch (thanks for the update! you guys rock!). Wanted to wait until after 3.7 to bring this up since I know it was really hectic. Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried leaving the organization and re-joining but that did not help.

If a GM reads this, my characters that are not getting the quest are these.

I'm a huge crafting geek and I figured out how to make the Drenium Crystals, just need more Shaper's Tokens!
