    Not giving to change the position on the character screen​
    Bug Description:
    It is not giving to change the position in the screen of character, when we move up or down the position of the character is not altered​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    Just clear game cache in C:/Documents/Black Desert/UserCache and after it run game
