Not receiving returning player awards (Bug)?

Heya,
i started playing 2 days ago on the private servers and i received returning player rewards for the first 1 /2 days i played together with a friend. Yesterday i didn't receive any rewards anymore and they are completely removed from my rewards tab... While my friend still has them. So i'm wondering, is it intentional or a bug and how can it be fixed? Since i should be getting rewards for 7 days straight as it was in the reward tab!

What does it say for the expiration date below?

 

Didnt really said anything as i remember.
Maybe it was a bug that some players received these rewards as they were for Returning players

 

There should be an expiration date to every attendance reward at the bottom. I know the Loyal attendance already ended. I'm not sure what it says to the new players and the returning ones though. I didn't get that one since I'm not a new player or a returning one.
