Not recieving items from Christmas shop.

Hi, I'm not recieving items for quite a few items that I got a while ago.

I got stormwings weapons x2, and they poofed after I logged. =/ They were fresh from the donation shop, so maybe Carl is duping. idk.

Here is a screenshot of my history. The items that are not highlighted are not appearing in my inventory.

Hope this gets resolved asap.
