    Nova skills​
    Bug Description:
    -Absolute: Quoratum's Protection buff doesnt apply (+50dp)
    -Winter Testudo doesnt block any player or any skills

    -Also the summon of Axion sometimes fail when summoning? idk if thats a bug or that how it is.

    Quoratum Protection - fixed.
    Winter Testudo - will not fix long time. Its need rework too many to make it work. Maybe someday.
    Axion spawns fixed.
