Npc bug?

anyone know why I can not talk to the npc Menoetius (Distributor of accessories)? I need to buy my rings pvp,And the npc of reshanta you get a daily quest to kill asmo not accepting registration NPC pombo (Radiant Ops NPC).

 

Worked just fine for me 2 days ago.

Try doing this Click me and talk with the NPC again after you've done it. (How did you know it doesn't accept registration?)

Side note: Sometimes you get registered but you don't get the daily quest right away. It appears at 5? PM GMT+2 I think.

Quests have been a little messy lately. Bear with us until they are fixed please.

As for the NPC, I'm logging in to check this right now. =)

 

Only I can not talk to that npc Menoetius (Distributor of accessories) I can talk to others, and NPC pigeon en when I did not need other servers to complete daily record was only the next day and was already registered or am I wrong about that?
