Npc for materials

    over 6 persons have told me about one npc that sells materials for craft etc... but they dont say the location.. pls if anyone know tell me!

    npc doesnt sell material in craft, i mean like gatherable cant sell in npc.

    so.. its only asmo side - the NPC is the handicrafting materials seller - oh yah, its bugged and it sells all kinds of materials - from lvl 30 arachna sacks to debilkarim core, magical aether, balaur horns etc.. :)
