[NPC] Merindora Quest Missing for Ornette's Spirit Essence​

Bug Description:

Had all three items in my inventory, needed to open this quest, and because I wasn't given the quest, or exchange possibility, I made the mistake to exchange to what I could exchange for.
Now I am unable to get the exchange from Moyamo (https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/50715/1/) and Camira (https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/50727/1/) even though I have the items needed, in order to get the Ornette's Spirit Essence.​
