[NPC Problem] Maximus in Jeiaparan Village (Heiron)

    When doing The Archon of Storms quest, you have to talk to Maximus to complete a part of it, but it seems this NPC isn't spawning correctly. All of the NPCs around him load and there's nothing wrong with the quest (afaik) but Maximus himself looks like he's stuck underground. I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.
