    A player say me we cant finish this quest because the npc not exist.When plan to include him(it) to you in the game(set,play)? He(she,it) means that one do not can pvp in the waiter(server)?

    I believe this is referring to the Abyss Entry Campaign quests. The first one requires you to enter the coliseum and speak to this NPC. However the NPC in Sanctum that suppose to allow you entry into the coliseum arena is missing. Hence the entire quest chain cannot be finished.
