Solved npc to convert tuvala gear to normal gear

Dear All
I have a seasonal character with full pen gears. The seasonal character has now converted into normal character for 2 days, and i realised i can no longer use the tuvala gears equipped on the converted character.
the only quest i have with Fugar is the repeative daily to convert time filled black stone to refined magical black stone.
how do i convert the tuvala gear into normal gear since i converted seasonal character into normal character and the gear can no longer be used?
I mean, that is the only character i have with full pen gear. what can i do next?

also, i remember a post i read long time ago players can either keep tuvala gears or to convert to normal gears, since tuvala gears are unique with the skin design compare with normal. since tuvala gears does not appear to function, how could we keep the tuvala gear as the armor skins liked the post said? thanks.

So you missed the graduation and your Season Character has been auto graduated? You needed to convert all your Tuvala gear before the end of the season, which was November 30th.

 

Yeah looks like i missed the graduation quests.
I got my seasonal character full pen like 2~3 months ago. Only aware of the daily quest instead of the graduation quest that appears on the quest tab instead of the chat tab since the time i completed all of the seasonal questline....

Looks like the character, the time spent, the full pen gear set, the seasonal pass spent are all gone to the trash.

 

Don't worry, soon we're going to get the next season.
