    just asking why the NTO upgraders are disabled....while those NTO items are not...

    why disabled it when u allow players to buy NTO.... im asking coz b4 NTOs are disabled that's y ppl buy TAC....and now that NTO are available the upgraders are disabled...this for the players who bought TAC b4.....
