numerous problems with server

every time i kill more than one monster im unable to talk to any npc or kill another monster and have to log out and back in again....i have frequent troubles getting past the login screen and when i do, no server information has ever popped up....it either freezes at the login screen or before the character selection screen....not only that but every time i log in now it says i am already logged in and thats as far as it goes...i have downloaded and installed the aion game files several times and updated through ncsoft up to version 2.1.0.3 and these problems still occur....i have played many other private servers and have never experienced the amount and extent of problems i have experienced playing on this server....seriously guys what the hell is going on im tired of this...
