Well anyway. This is what are you going to do:

If is that happening at moment and there an AM Online. Pm him: /w Unfavored Hey Nub sorc, some player are breaking the spawn protection with AoE's. Can you take me out of there? or can you handle the situation?

And he/she will handle that.

If theres no AM at moment. Just use your combat log [its more easy to see the skills than through LFG spam] and wait till someone use an AoE's. An example, its your first Picture, since its the ONLY one that shows an AoE skill. And come to forums and report them: Reports And an AM will punish those players. In that way you are also helping the server.

Okey now about camping. Campints its allowed, theres no rules againts that. However as Daax and jj011185 said, Spawn camping its not allowed.
