[Offical] Voting system Thread

We're having problems with the log-in server at the moment. I've notified a higher staff member about it so there's nothing else we could do about it but wait patiently until it gets dealt with.

It's 10:00 am and I can not connect to the server and much less perform my vows day , the only thing I expect is like waiting for some other quick solution. : Devil:

 

We already notified the higher OPs regarding this issue. Lets hope that this problem will get fix as soon as possible. As for now all best we can do is sit there and be patient. Have something to cool of your head rather than sitting in front of your PC doing nothing.

Account locked out voting

So I quit about a year and a half ago at ver 2.7 when I could happily vote my credits up. I had 1575 credits left on my account and just got VIP when I started playing again yesterday. So I have 75 credits left.

I've been trying to vote repeatedly for the past couple of days and I keep getting the message saying "You already voted" everytime on every voter website. After I keep trying to vote (go through the 5 websites) and still getting that message even though it has been much more than 12 hours, I've decided to take it to here.

I have deleted cache and cookies from the beginning of time, tried different browsers, different computers, did not work. But once I made another account and tried, I could vote fine. Then once I went back to the other account to get the votes in for the couple websites not yet voted, it wouldn't work, but then I went back to the new account and the voting works for those websites left.

I would really appreciate the help since without VIP I would have no choice but to quit. I'm not sure if I could just give out my account name on a public forum.

 

maybe someones with your account and then voted for about 3hrs earlier or something cause he need to VIP your account so that he can get your items, or someone opened your account, voted for a while and spent the credits for tradable items and traded it to the his/her main account

 

ive been stuck at this since i came back playing november XD IDK how to fix it too.

 

Since you already got your points from the new account you should wait a little because that your IP has been already used. if you are 100% sure that the problem lies in your account you should contact to Puddles or Deathangel.

WHEN I CAN VOTE ?MOTHER HELL It's been five months since I have this PROBLEM IP ALLREDY VOTING...It's been five months since I talked to Alente about this problem and nothing solvet... here som1 care about the players(active players) or only for donations..? do something about it, this is unacceptable..five months passed and no1 interest ... no1 can solve this problem relly?or give an answer about this problem wtf guys...Put in my place to pass five mounth without voting...what would you do? pls tell me. I think many are a bit upset about it yourself, try several and various voting and always appears the same message. I hope this is resolved as quickly as possible, as there are several players that do not have conditions of donatar every month to get full power with every update! =/

I Got the same problem...i can't vote...it say's that i alwready voted....WHEN????5 MONTHS AGO?
I tried many Browsers...cleared all my cookies,chache bla bla bla.....changed my ip.....everything.....
Carl can dream about getting money from me until he dont fix this bug.....but a private server its a private server....nobody give a shit to help you.

 

Maybe someone is suing your IP. If this happens to me, Im gonna throw this smartphone.
