    Is there an official list of quest that works and instances that are doable? And yeah also skills of every classes that works or bugged. I played some other private servers as well and they have it.

    Nope. But there is only a bug list -somewhere around the forums- that hasn't been updated like many other things on this server. Someone should spend some time, put some effort and organize the things a bit - again.
