    Open your NCSoft Launcher and click UPDATE.
    if you dont have, DL NCSoft launcher (GOOGLE IT) and then install it.
    after installing RUN it, then right click the AION name in the launcher and click PROPERTIES.
    locate your AION FOLDER and bin32 and click the aion.bin press OK and OK and OK.

    then UPDATE.
