Offin Bug?

    I've went to the Offin spawn twice now, both times I was on the right channel, and there was no Offin.

    Is Offin bugged, or is there something I'm missing?

    Did you use Boss Timer Navigation? Offin is not on the same Place he was when i left Retail.
