Offin is glitched to all hell

Seriously why is offin so glitched?
He's got invisible fireballs, you get damaged before his attack even hits, he just kills you for no reason even when youve run outside of his attack range and his area of effect and sometimes when you kill him all the damage youve done doesnt count and you dont get anything and when he spawns theres still a second or even third body that stays and sometimes no one can get ANY loot from him. It's like you spend 40 minutes fighting him just to end up getting nothing
