Ok...tired of this one

All i have to say is that everyone knows theres no reward in being AM so why would anyone knowing they wont have time to do it take the position or even apply for it? To be known as AM? To take the spot which could have been given to someone else who had time to
be an AM? It just stupid and useless, so many AMs yet it takes days to see one online...if your personal life takes most of your time why apply and ask to be an AM?...

you "GMs" don t ask for video ..you ask for us to do your job

 

That one who take a 'job' as 'voluntarily' should know what kind of circumstances is gona be under so, after all, it's free choise.

Taking out this, it's true HGM/GM/AM have a life and free time like all of us, but what i see its a bad selection of hours, there's in some hours during the day/nigth where your not being able to find any GM/AM online, no even on forums; that shoulnt be like that.

 

It's not that hard to be a responsible AM and do your job, why does it seem many fail? =.=

 

I wonder what's their main reason why they want to become a GM.

That's just my mere opinion, though.

it is when nothing is done that people start yelling like hell at them.... calling them names

When they finally do something.... wow, how their attitude changes........ they are sooooo grateful then.....


This is a private server..... most GMs are here to help the few hours they log.... most need proof as you cannot go about accusing every single person of hacking or cheating.... not all games server coding and database allow gms to see everysingle info on a person;s account... for example speed at any given time.... then NOT all gms have the power to see that database, therefore their hierarchy forces them to send this issue to a higher GM, etc etc etc.... that takes time...

Also do not forget there will always be donators ..... period

 

exactly you wanted to be a gm so don't whine about having a life also, you know what it meant when you applied.
if you wanted to be a gm just to act like some power trippin ass, then not do anything.
then I agree it is time to clean up the gm list.

 

I'd love to be a gm... but apparently active people aren't hired ;o

 

In general , you will not receive an answer for questions like "What was their motivation to become a GameMaster or why doesn't they manage to meet the requirements which it takes to be a GameMaster ...

However you can always ask them for a few minutes to talk with them and ask about these infos personally .

So , I think making a public flame thread about "lazy GMs" won't solve anything .

You shouldn't be questioning Asanka's activity since you can pretty much thank most of the updates & fixes to him .
Same for your item.pak which allows you to trade the untradeables ~
In addition , he has disabled a couple kind of hacks which could of been used with Aion ...

 

Oh wow, i saw the anger and distraught from this thread all the way in the other room. I think we should quit takeing the time to quote others and start getting that proof and pm'ing the GM's on here about the issues.
