Did i ever insult Carl?? But i said truth!!! he makes money from those buggs!!!! Speacial shops include items that should be drop on boss.. he should give them as prize on event or make on the game one shop to sell them, instead he makes money, so carl isnt inocent!! there is a rulle for all even if u are GM-Donor-Member, Hack = Ban!! if u give them back the account is ur problem not us!!

I do get what you meant, people voting for "I hate Carl" without even knowing him, which is quite a low deed.
And those "bossy" donators can act whatever, noone cares if they fail to state a valid point...

They will not learn how to behave and a hacker will definately always be a hacker, I do not believe in volte-face.
Deal with them, let them suck on their on flaws.
But as a professional, a member of the staff, you should learn how to deal with them and meanwhile you're doing that you should still respect the rest of the customers who do not belong in that 90 percent you have mentioned.

u should understand the reason they talk like this...more than half of the server doesnt speak fluent english , so google translator or w/e they using wont ask nicely. They just type what they think its correct .
