Old gamez aion patch.

    I have a friend who says he has the "old beta patch" on his pc and because of this he is missing important skills. When he tries to install the new "patch" it gives him an error and it stops the install. He has version 1.9 client so I know there is something wrong with the other files. Does anyone know how to help him solve this problem?
