Old Player - Lost Password

I used to play in this server a long time ago and i want to know if its possible for me to come back with my old account ?

 

Accounts get deleted automatically if they are inactive for more then 7-8 months, anyway, if your account is still active try to change your password using this Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server

 

i think if u didnt logged in for 6 months ur account will automatically deleted

 

But if someone dont remember his e-mail?I forgot my e-mail because my pc broke and i lost all my files.I dont say that i lost my password but i might not play for a long time so if its possible can you remove this automatically delete account please?

 

Your account is counted as active even if you perform vote actions only, whitout logging into it. Thats the only way to avoid your account getting deleted automatically.

creating a new account is the best way so you can play again ingame.. retrieving password is impossible if you can remember your email that you registered when you creating your gamez account..

sorry to tell that.. and that was I experienced xD

6-7 months inactive will automatically cant log in anymore.. even if you still remember your username and password..

that was I experienced!!!
