    Already advised you to make use of the ban system http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=bansystem
    If the ban is locked and you still feel they are wrong Pm them on forums and have them escalate it thats all you can do.
    Note if then ban is locked by Bryne or Alente there is no going back.
