    WHY MY ITEM IN STORE IS GONE? i never reset my character and i never open store...i put my bd set on there but is gone...can u fix it ?tnx for more power hope u fix the problem as soon as possible

    i think its gone for ever coz i have same problem and my plate set gone from store and osman set gone from my vault :(
