    My friend that played a long time ago when i started probably forgot his information and he has donated on his account and has a fully geared temp and he still has email and he said he remember username but not password

    How long exactly? Accounts with over 6 months of inactivity were deleted, including mine at one point. If he's that old (and I have a feeling I know who you're talking about) then his account is unfortunately probably gone.
