One of my pets is gone

    Hi, a week ago i've exchanged 2 owls (tier 2 and tier 1) and got tier 3 owl, then went on the vacation, now i'm back and i don't have my 5th. pet, owl is just gone
    have only 4 pets now. any explanation of what could happen?

    on the screenshot you can see that i had 2 owl , that's before exchanging. the only screenshot i had.

    There are two things I can think of to try. Log out of the launcher and click settings in the upper right corner, then choose force check. You can also delete the cache folder in the gamezbd launcher folder. If neither of these work, it probably requires a bug report.

    Sorry to say this but, if you had 2 owls BEFORE exchanging, the two are consumed to make the result, so if you had 5 pets BEFORE, you should have 4 pets AFTER because the two owls disappeared to make the new owl

    no i got owl, and always buy 5th pet. so i had 5. and as i said...i had OWL as a pet, now i don't have it at all...0 owl, and u can't just accidentally delete pet as you know :) so it's just gone.
