Oo how can be a chanter hide?

is that real in gamez?) just happen to me but i couldnt see any info of skill on chat log so dunno name of him but was chanter and hide as well

 

lately uve been crying from sins. now qq with chanter... got owned by a chanter and rapidly rage at forum, cant get over it? obviously bug if he was in the windstream or using the invisible set? if im incorrect. so sorry cant answer to meet ur satisfaction and to relieve ur pain.
