   Is it possible to open 2 clients, one for the official BDO and another for the GamerZ one at the same time?

   To my knowledge there is no way, but I am pretty sure there are softwares that can allow you to run two clients at the same time.

   i wouldnt try it with xigncode especialy if the second client is a modified one but it should works with a VM
