    well, there can be less "public" GM chars who actually do pvp, but thats besides the point. point is oplay is not one of those.

    as for the aspd,low ping with scroll and buff aspd makes miracles happen
    as for the dmg,devotion and crit is kinda possible.also dagger give the highest crit amplifier.x2.3 i think
