Padma drops +19 tome and orb I think and same with yamenas
But u can just get a provence tome or orb cos they defo have and u can use arch deava stones in it

 

The only decent attack speed tomes and orbs now are the ones from item shop (Provenance), if you don't want to spend credits use blood medals to purify Discordant ones to Infinity Tome or Orb (has 15% attack speed iirc)

all bastion weapons are 19% or 20% atackspeed and casting speed you can have it in the chest boxes in heiron ( except harpe who have only 9% more)

You need Discordant Tome or Orb fully enhanced then purify it with Blood Medals. With all the hassle and amount of blood medals needed to purify those you'd better off buying Provenance from the item shop (just 750 credits each)
