order not filled

wow this is really not acceptable!!! hey i can take the crashs and so forth but when i order gear i expect to get within 5 or 10 mins and if there is a problem then there should be someone on at all times to fix it. i'm going to wait another 45 mins and if i cant get the gear i have ordered then i have no choice but to withdraw payment as of two days ago. account name is QueenNectar name is stingyoass. i have a ABG bow , helmut 2 rings and a neclace that should be in my chars inventory!!:sad::unsure: if u ban me for this it will be unfortunate for u!!!!!!!!
