Oriel teleport bug

This always happen when i teleport to Oriel. It happened to me twice already. Is it really bug?

Is there any place i can level up? I'm only lvl 18 and it's the only place, aside from the first map, on where i can go.

I've tried the "item.pak" guide. but it didn't help. And when i create a character using the posted item.pak, the armors of scout doesn't show up and the priest's armors are colored red.

I'm actually new to aion so a detailed guide on what to do would be great help. Thank you!

Oriel is a housing zone, with no mobs there =)

If your level 18 and have finished with the quest there, you should be going to Eltnen for a little bit. Go to Novans crossing there and kill Ancient Specters till about level 30 ish, then your free to move on to Theobomos which for now is a rift (pk) free zone to where you can level up till 50.

Once your at 50, you should do the Bound for Inggision quest which is started in Sanctum.

After that, you should be 55, and welp off to Sapran, which is located on the second option of the golden teleport stature off to the right as soon as you go up the first set of stairs. Go to Kaisinels Academy, then the little ported infront of you there second option =)
