parameter null? HELP

    i try to login my character Zaurz and i get this:

    Either your Computer is Effed. Or Some files got deleted form your computer for this game. Or its a server promblem perhaps.

    i dont think so because i can play on other accounts or characters...just not that one once i went into that certain area in the city
