Parry still 0 damage?

This is what i notice too

for example my normal dmg on a temp is 200. when he block the atk, i should still deal 60dmg (block 70% of the dmg) on him. but it's 0. same go for parry. if he parry my atk it's 0dmg too, instead of 100dmg (reduce 50% of dmg)
the formula is some how correct when the dmg is big enough. 500 or above. but if the dmg is small. it become 0 when u block or parry the atk.

The formula got some mistakes, example:enemy playerd doing 500 of normal damage on me, then i block one atack and i receve 50 damage only, same goes for parry (now i dunno if block is reducing 70% or only 50%, parry should reduce only 40%).

block reduce 70% dmg with max 50% rate (500 cap)
parry reduce 50% dmg with max 40% rate (400 cap)
