    Party Invite on Arsha Channel not working​
    Bug Description:
    When player 1 tries to invite player 2 to a party while both being on Arsha channel, an error comes up.
    "cannot invite player while summoning a monster"
    Nobody is summoning anything and with no on-going quests, switching to CH1-4 works, but invite on Arsha doesnt work.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Try to invite another player to a party while on Arsha channel.​

    It happen when some of quest / guild boss stuck in world, every reset server its resets and also change channel help in it.
