Password Reset

hi guys.

I am not able to log into my account on the launcher and the website. I was logged in with my password that was saved in the browser and I changed the password because I don't remember the old one. And it keeps returning an invalid password error when I try to connect. However, I'm logged into the forum with the same new password that I entered earlier. I try to recover the password by email, but I don't receive anything.

Can someone help me please?
