    when i try to buy something it writes that i need to attach another credit/debit card, while my current card is active and verified, has anyone come with such problem ever? i need solution :D

    Dude, I'd suggest you link it to your bank account, its very easy.

    to link it to your bank account, you need your bank account number, your routing number and then paypal will deposit a random amount (most of the time is 1 cent) then you type the amount they deposited and you're verified and good to go bro.
