Pearl Furniture Purchase Bug?

So could be losing my mind here. But there might be a bug buying sets.

How it happened...
I wanted to decorate my house in hidel, the two floor house 7-5. so bought two of the same furniture sets (Keplan set) and one of the prop sets, hit purchase. Than went to decorate, forgot i have to right click and open the package, so backed out and went to my pearl inventory. It only had one furniture set...?

Anyways not looking for a reinburstment or anything since pearls are free just wondering if there is a way to look into this or a work around or if anyone else has had the same problem! also when purchasing the same item from the editing mode, it only shows a delete
