    Hello everyone! I started playing this week and I got to lvl 66 with quests and stuff. The problem is, shouldn't I receive an PEN tuvala ring on lvl 60 and PEN tuvala earring on lvl 61? I didn't receive any of this items. Is is intentional or a bug?
