   Hi,
   
   Is the quest for Perilla's star still available in this server? I can't seem to find it on my black spirit tab. I'm trying to get the pen capotia ring.
   
   I've finished the main quest up to the start of the Valencia.
   
   Are there any pre-requisites for this?

   Yes its available, if u started it and stop, then u need find on which npc u stopped, after Fughar next npc is Rubin in Calpheon.
