Pet Bug

I just bought a Jumpy Shugo pet which is a Buff Master Pet off Item Shop last night. Well I was very excited to use it knowing that I can put my scrolls and food for my pet to automatically buff me whenever I needed it. Come to find out that the pet is bug and it doesn't work. I talked to Chronica- something well one of the AM's and told him what the problem was and he asked me what kind of pet I have and what the problem is. He too, found out that the pet is not working properly. So I ask of you if you can fix the pet SHUGO that way I can enjoy the $10 I spent on the pet. Thanks, much appreciated.
