    coming into play I see my characters with only the face and shoes the rest of his body is transparent.

    Your client is missing body files, you have to repair it using the NCsoft launcher to fix that

    I reloaded everything and always the same but I only see the wizard complete the other pg only the face.

    Delete the $Patch$ folder inside the main Aion folder, run the NCsoft launcher again and hit on "File Repair"
