Physical Defense - Not right

There is no need to break Pdeff .. just the DmgDone Formula ...

Yup. The thing is, we need Devs with retail experience. Some1 who knows the formulas or how it works, 'cause the only thing Evilset does is :
"Derp herp, Can some1 post the XXXXX formula", "Make a retail video proving that blablabla".
It pisses me off.
I'm about to make an account on retail forums to help him with his job.

Only on glads/templars though, not on other classes. Imagine everyone's p.def being nerfed.. 10k Breakpowers incoming, rofl.

 

Here physical defense is applied after pvp damage, that means, first you count in cap of pvp damage (0.5) then pvp attack and pvp defense and after all that you substract from damage using p.def.
In reality:
sin with 570 attack attacks glad with 1500def => 570/2 - 150 = 135dmg (simplified)

 

Evilset thinks its right

 

sigh... why on all of the classes. its the highest def is the one they made the def stronger >.<

 

so for a glad with 2500 def it means an assassins needs to go over 1000 attack? to go the avg of 250 damage...

wtf...

so how about the skills that deal shitty damage is that still right?

how do you guys live with screwing assassins?

 

So also if a glad with 1000 attack attacks sin with 1800def => 1000/2 - 180 = 320dmg?

 

It's simpely not true. A gladi has around 900 attack whereas my sin has 731. Gladiators are doing 2k damage on plate where my sin is doing 200 damage skills. Me no comprendo

Today i saw 4 assassins trading away their gear, good going.

 

glads dont devide by 2 cause they only wield 1 weapon...

 

But also sin have x attack for each hand, anyway I think that math is wrong

 

It was simplified example, to ilustrate There are more factors. And that "/2" is not about weapons, its about that damage is capped on 0,5 of actual damage in pvp.

And btw I have never said its right, I was just stating that in current moment it works like that

 

thank you for your effort. last time i remembered this is simply pure wrong. anyway, i'm on the verge of rage quitting and i hope everything get's prioritized for sinx as it is the most screwed up class in gamez before i totally do...

tbh, they are unorganized salambishes, fixing classes all together o.o

its just like cooking at the same washing dishes and pooping.

i wish they focus first on the player stats and skills per 2 classes -.-

i realized that "god" defense too.. everytime that my friends who play sin target a templa/glad they run like hell.. almost impossible to kill them, they say xD
