Hello guys, I need your help.
My PC is an AMD set-up with the following specs:
Processor: AMD Kaveri A10 7700k (Quad Core) 3.4GHz
    Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-F2A78M
    Graphics: Sapphire R7 250 1GB GDDR5
    RAM: 2x Kingston Hyper-x Fury 8gb = 16gb total
    PSU: Cougar SL600 (600W)

    The problem:
    upload_2016-6-27_18-35-33.png
I only have these programs running on my pc and it's taking up about 82% of my 16gb ram already. I took out 1 of my rams and the problem was still the same. Any ideas or fixes?

try to close the aion client and make sure that it does not run anymore. also the aion.bin in task manager, End it's task. and Check the RAM usage if it decrease, then you might wanna re-start your PC first.

if you found that it still appears in RAM usage when you're trying to Run or close the aion, try to restart your PC and do the same again. Run the aion and see if the RAM usage still the same as before.

If it's still the same, You have to refresh your PC. only installed apps will be removed but not the files. I'm not sure if Windows 7 has an option "Refresh" like in Windows 8

if there say usable 7gb/ then only 7 gb will use. search iobit driver booster/key on youtube and update your chipset drivers.

ye it might be the reason why it looks like that.
well btw. Where's the CD Drivers of your PC Mr. @DOndee ? if you still have it, I think you can update your chipset with the CD or DVD as cocoscul said.
Coz it might be the reason why the info there is only 7GB usable of your RAM while you're having 16GB

iobit driver booster should update it well, then u must restart pc and all fine i hope. looks like u missing some drivers of chipset. also they say this
    * The maximum 64 GB of system memory can be supported using 16 GB (or above) memory modules. GIGABYTE will update the memory support list on the official website when the memory modules are available on the market

check if yours are on supported list^^ if not, i think u have to change your motherboard , cuz i see your motherboard support dd3 and your memory is ddr4 isnt?
and also test your ram 1 by 1 , cuz one of them migh be dead:D

my ram is ddr3 everything is compatible and the rams are brand new and are working fine. looking into iobit i have around 400mb worth of drivers need updating. maybe this should fix it. if not then i'll have to reformat.

reformat wont help u. even if your ram is new is very posible than one of them to be damaged. so test slot 1 with ram1/2 then test slot 2 with ram 1/2 , is a hardware problem not a software one. also take a look on bios to see if u see both rams there.

you mean ram a in slot a and ram b in slot b. here are the tests i made
    1. removed ram a from slot a and started pc with 8gb ram, same prob
    2. removed ram b from slot b, placed ram a to slot b started pc with 8gb, same prob
    3. removed ram a from slot b, placed ram b to slot a, started pc with 8gb, same prob
    4. interchanged both ram slots started pc with 16gb, same prob

    i mean
put ram a on slot 1 remove ram b
put ram b on slot 1 remove ram a
put ram a on slot 2 remove ram b
put ram b on slot 2 remove ram a
cuz is clear for me that your pc ussing only 1 ram not both, u must find out why, is not a windows problem i m sure.

It seems to be using dual graphics setup, using some of your ram as VRAM that is what I believe is happening. Try to disable it in your BIOS or In the AMD Catalyst settings, should be in either or, or both. If you want to be sure of how much of your RAM is being allotted for VRAM, do the following:

    1. Click start, then run. (or just Windows key+R)
    2. Type 'dxdiag' - click 'No' when the popup appears.
    3. Click the Display tab.

    Should look something like this

And then look at the 'Approx. Total Memory.' Changing the settings (disabling or lowering the amount allotted for VRAM should resolve the issue, because according to your System properties, you're only using 6GB out of your 16GB of RAM.

Hope it helps resolve your issue.
