[PIC] So Confucius need help pweez with White screen

Hi guys i need some help pweez my mate has installed gamezbd and when he loads in hes get he white screen of depression see attached

We have forced checked and updated drivers and done many restarts no luck... the poo official runs fine though which is weird, we thought maybe internet connection but not sure as official runs fine.

Tell your friend to set exceptions to BDO on both the firewall and his antivirus and then force check the game.
