Pieces of my set went missing????

I bought my shit. I don't even have photoshop.

I know for a fact that there are multiple players and multiple GMs who personally saw my set as well. And a couple actually responded in this thread.

I was even called "Rich" by some people which is not an accurate term for myself.

I spent my money for a product. I got the product, but now that product is gone.

This is not the first time I lost stuff from a similar bug. And this is not my first time posting about missing gear. And this is not my first time my issue was NOT resolved.

I am a well paying customer who wants what he paid for. I even paid for more yesterday even though I experienced this bug. If this doesn't get fixed. I am not paying another dam dime.

 

Nowhere does it specify that you actually bought those items. Nor is your shop open to show the credits. Not to mention on the second picture you could have had the 3 items in legion warehouse or dozens of potential alt characters. And then there's the stats and the character in the profile window...

 

Wait, whoa, omg, I just logged in for the first time today, about to take more pictures of everything. Everything is gone now I think someone does know my password and I have no friends that would know it as none of my friends play this game >.< fk this. What a waste of money and time. I should of never bought VIP.

The admins should be able to track the last recipient he had sent a mail containing the item or the last person he had traded with.

Nope, just checked. I would also want an admin to post or pm me my login log that tells me what times I been on and what the IP addresses are, I can tell you what IP is mine.

 

i've encountered that situation many times but in the end no one help me to regain it back

 

1) It shows 950 alright, the purchase also seems legit (even tho gms will dismiss it as "edited") you've definitely spent the credits
2) As stated before you didn't (and can't) show all character inventories and legion + normal warehouse at the same time, even if you were to post them seperately there's always the possibility that you've moved the items between screenshots.
3) After me pointing out that the first picture is fake i doubt anyone will take this seriously anymore.
4) Even IF you DID get hacked "your account is your responsibility" and all that jazz..

5) lastly (just cause i'm an ass like that) november 2013 - september 2010 = 3 years and 2 months

 

You should be careful about your account. And try to change pass every week. You know, most of the Admins dont give a fvck on the players as long as they gain money. Lets just wait, cause I know Ari doing an investigation about this, he already replied on this post earlier.

im pretty sure my password is not guessable and they have to figure out my username. Which is no where similar to the password or any name on my account.

1/2 of the players of this forum use their username here as game one as well including me. How have I stayed for so long on that server without being touched? You obviously got hacked, and obviously edited that proof on the first page.
