Pieces of my set went missing????

Because there is no customer service since this is not a business.
You make donations, you don´t purchase, you get no receipt of any kind. You give money to the server on your own accord, in regard to the rules and statements they made that are public in the website.

Reading may be overrated on these times, but is very useful.

You got hacked- your fault, you donated- you wished for it.

 

You know, **** this. This server lost its edge back in 2.5. No wonder everyone left. Used to be thousands of people on. Now I see one of the reasons why.

 

No admin is gonna reply what has been wrote over and over, plus some colored names already wrote you that they will check what is going on. If you want an admin to see this, then do something smart for a change and PM them, and unleash your issues on them.

You are no more special in this place as is nitrogen in the air you breath. Stop getting over yourself with all the "I donate I want service" bullshit.

 

They actually never refunded anything to anybody, so that wouldn't be a fair reason for that, I see many more tho, but lets not talk about them.

I believe that was told that it'd be done due to missing information ( the most important one ) aka being hacked, if it was told from the begining, this would have been closed and solved problem long ago as bad as it might sound...
