PIN # / forgot password Issue!

Hello guys need some help over here!

I'd play and created my account when the game is at 4.0 or 4.5, I'd play this game untill 4.8 then I stop playing anymore. Im having trouble changing my password due to PIN # issue, way back when my account is created i cant recall that theres a PIN # when creating account. All of this because I forgot my password.

Please need some advice/info whom i can reach to it so i can discuss my problem regarding about changing pass and the PIN # issue.

i guest you need to create new one!
did you try to validate you're account?
but it need your password also
it happens to me when i first came back to the game it takes me 2 days before remembering my password and validate it
I've play this game since 2010 and created multiple accounts
and stop playing in 2015 and i almost back in the game in less then a month
