Ping getting higher & higher ?

Is it me or is the ping just getting higher i've spoken with several friends about it and they notice it to.
so how about you? i'm just wondering lol.

*Before The 2.5 Version on gamez i had 180-200 m/s.
*Then at 2.7 Version i had like 220-250 m/s.
*And now a few months later (still in the 2.7 version) i got 280 up to 350 ms. (Sometimes still ~200 but mostly 280-350).

This without ping reducing programs + i still use my same connection speed and i still live in the same country =P

Did the host location change recently or something? cause i know it's in america but ping keep getting higher. Q.Q
